Nolan Rutland

Nolan is a filmmaker from the Hollywood of the southwest: Austin, Texas. He is currently getting his Bachelor's in Film from Columbia College Chicago and graduates in May '25.

Nolan writes fictional narratives that combine intellect and humor to draw attention to the issues of our world with a unique perspective. His films have striking, painterly visuals and always place character first.

Career so far

Nolan has been writing and directing short films and video content for close to a decade. With experience shooting with Canon C100/C300 & BlackMagic and editing in Premiere Pro.
